I Am A Soldier
No, I do not wear a uniform. I do not carry a weapon. I salute no Commander. Still, I am a soldier. I am a soldier fighting in the war that Bush & Co. have declared on our Constitution , our freedom, and our liberty. They see the Constitution as a work in progress and it is up to them to have the final say. They say 'no child left behind' but they divert funds that should be going for education of OUR children, to spend rebuilding a country that THEY tore down. They want to 'reform Social Security' because they know they will never need it.
I will not sit quietly back while they sytematically take apart and tear down the very foundation of our country. I am willing to give all I can, and then give of myself. Because I believe I am fighting for the everything I hold dear about my country.
This election is a war. We are fighting an enemy from within. This is the time for all of us stand up and fight for what we believe is right. We must not be detered by lack of money. We must not let the media fool us. We must stand firm in our determination to take back our country. I will pass out flyers, I will make cold calls, I will knock on doors. I am a soldier in the war that that Bush & Co. have declared. I am ready and willing to fight for freedom, liberty and justice for all. I believe the
the Democratic nominee, whomever he may be, is the
only hope we have of taking back what is being chipped away at, by the current administration.
Yes, the chances are you will see more Bush/Cheney ads. Because they will never run out of campaign money. They have the richest in our country supporting them. Our hard earned dollars are but mere monopoly money to them. So we will have to fight this war with hand to hand combat. Knock on doors, shake hands, talk to your neighbors. Talk to your co-workers. Talk to the people at church. Especially the people at church. They are the ones being bamboozeled the most. Their faith in God is being used to coerce them into voting for a man they believe is decent and honest.
We are at war, I will be a soldier in this war, I will fight till I have no fight left in me. We cannot under any circumstance allow the Bush Administration more time to erode our freedoms, bankrupt our future with debt and destroy our great country. I hope you will stand beside me!
